Meet Mayoral Candidate Alan Borkowski
My platform and issues to focus on as mayor
Transparency within our government is essential and even more so with all the distrust that was prevalent here in Palm Bay over the past several years. I will strive to make sure the public is involved in every decision that’s made big or small.
Infrastructure must be improved and maintained to ensure smooth travel for our citizens and guests, less flooding with the continued installation of culver systems and continued growth with the expected development of Emerald Lakes in South Palm Bay.
Safety and security of our citizens and communities will be a major priority. Police will be funded to ensure continued success in the reduction of crime. Fire will be funded so all equipment will be maintained and replaced when needed.
Facilitate and incorporate public and private help / resources to create affordable housing and also increase housing assistance by the uses of the Ship and Home programs.
