Concerns over PBPD’s internal culture have now led to an external investigation. Attorney Graham Marcus, of the law firm RumbergerKirk, has been retained by the City of Palm Bay to investigate Fisher’s allegations regarding Chief Augello. In an email to Fisher, Marcus confirmed that the firm is conducting a review into the claims and has requested an interview with Fisher to discuss the circumstances behind his complaint.
