PALM BAY, FLORIDA – At the March 18th Regular Council Meeting, the United States Small Business Administration (SBA) Senior Area Manager Vince LoPresti joined City leaders for a ceremonial signing of a Strategic Alliance Memorandum to formalize a collaborative effort between the City of Palm Bay and the SBA to strengthen and expand small business development in Palm Bay.
